This next chapter of the Mage Kickstarter campaign marks the Proof of Concept phase — where we show retailers, sponsors, and the world that this project works.
Chapter 1: The Foundation
At $20,000, we unlocked Valhalla, The Rift Sword and funded our first three local tournaments in the Chicagoland area. Prize pools are funded. Booster boxes are being shipped. And Dr. Robert Renteria, Chairman of From The Barrio Foundation, will appear to help us launch.
As we reach $25,000 and $30,000, we’ll expand to more local game stores, more events, and larger player and collector communities — building real economic proof that Mage is sustainable, valuable, and ready for sponsorship growth.
Chapter 2: The Impact
At $40,000 and beyond, we commission world-class fantasy artists — the masters of our generation — to create exclusive Mage cards. Each original piece will be donated to a local school with a plaque listing the name of every single backer. We’ll donate Mage: Chronicles of the Rift books to those schools, sponsor cosplayers for launch events, and donate directly to From The Barrio Foundation.
