The revised MageTCG Core Set expands the original 243-card release into a fully balanced 500-card foundation, introducing the remaining 14 Mage Classes, their complete relic suites, and major expansions to Phobias and Nightmares, Songs, Books, Seeing Stones, Potions, Ancient Torture Devices, Locations, and much more. Together, these additions complete the full 15-class ecosystem and establish the Core Set as the long-term foundation of MageTCG.
From that expanded card pool, we are forging 15 intentionally overpowered Mage Class Starter Decks packed with multiple rare and Legendary cards—far beyond what a normal entry-level product should contain. These first-print decks are designed as a reward for our earliest believers, featuring cards with the kind of game-changing power collectors recognize in icons like Gaea’s Cradle and the Power Nine—not copies, but MageTCG legends of our own. After this print run, the decks will return at the same price with more balanced entry-level configurations.

LAUNCH PARTNER TOURNAMENTS ARE STARTING!
MageTCG launch partner tournaments are officially beginning, bringing the game out of the forge and onto tables across the community. We are also proud to stand beside local community leader and my personal mentor, Dr. Robert Renteria, as we build a universe that celebrates real-world heroes—not just fictional ones. THE CARD DIRECTORY HAS EVOLVED
The MageTCG Card Directory has received its largest update yet:
The directory now includes the complete 243-card original Kickstarter set alongside the upcoming revised Core Set, bringing the public database to 500 cards.
Our first expansion, From the Grid, remains unspoiled while production continues.

We have also added a public Print Ledger—our permanent promise of transparency to players, retailers, and collectors. Every production run will be openly documented so the community can always see what was printed, how much exists, and where each release stands.
No hidden supply.

The directory now also features Today’s Buffs, connected directly to the MageTCG Living Calendar.
This system tracks active calendar months, lunar phases, zodiac seasons, and other real-world celestial cycles that can influence cards and gameplay. As the system expands, these events will become a living heartbeat within the meta—connecting the world outside the game to the battles unfolding within it.
We have also fully rebuilt the directory’s mobile filtering experience and completed dozens of additional improvements throughout the platform.
